Who we are

FenzApps is an independent personal project based in England, UK. It is not a registered limited company. For privacy enquiries contact contact@fenzapps.co.uk. The project is operated by an individual; controller identity information may be requested via the contact address. This notice remains subject to legal review of controller identification requirements.

Information processed

The FenzApps portfolio website provides information and links to our apps. If you email us, we receive your address and the information you send. Technical hosting and security systems may process connection information such as IP address and request details. Individual apps process additional information needed for their features.

Our apps

Mi5ClanUK Racing privacy information, DayZ Companion privacy information, and Meter Engineers Toolkit privacy information. Each app may have separate data handling, account rules and service providers.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiries to respond to you and essential technical information to run and protect the site, relying as appropriate on legitimate interests, steps requested before providing services and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and related infrastructure. Email delivery and routing providers may process messages you send. Some providers or subprocessors may process data outside the UK subject to applicable protections.
